I would like to have included 1080p versions for playback in Morrowind, but RADTools (makers of the Bink codec) state that 1280x720 is the highest recommended resolution for in-game playback. MCP has an option for "hi-def cutscene support" to let you go up to 2048x1024 though. The tool RAD Video Tools can convert an MP4 format into this one. Going all the way back to "Morrowind", "BIK" file extensions are "Bink" format files.
